Welcome to Wednesday’s Praise and Worship Session! The Holy Scriptures: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:8 – 11) But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen. (II Peter 3:18)
Call To Worship: “O Lord, my God, I thank Thee, and I praise Thy glorious name.” The spirit of the Lord is in this place. Jesus, Your presence is heaven to me. I long to experience Your Doxa, O Lord. Please, let it rain down on me. A higher height, a deeper depth, a closer walk with Thee. From glory, to glory, to glory, saturate me with Your presence anew. Fill me with Your anointing, Your power, O Lord, as I bow, as I worship You.
Praise ye the Lord, my exceedingly great reward. On the mountain high, in the valley low, Thou art Sovereign, O God, whithersoever I may go. You are the treasure that I seek, Lord, both day and night; Your love, more precious than gold. I run into Your presence, vested with praise, Your glory I long to behold. I love You Jesus, more than anything. I delight myself in You, O Lord. I praise Thy glorious name. I bring sacrifices of praise, Lord, on the altar of my heart, as I humbly approach Your throne; longing for that great day, O, that blessed and glorious day, when You’ll come, Lord, to gather Your children home. Caught up in the air! Yes, caught up in the Rapture; what a day of rejoicing that will be! There will be singing, dancing, and exuberant praise; worshiping and shouting the victory! O, praise ye the Lord! Hallelujah!
As The Music Plays: O Lord, consume my sacrifice of praise today, as I worship You in the spirit! You are high and lifted up, Lord. You are the only true and Living God, and worthy of all the praise. Envelop me in Your presence, Lord. Allow me to experience the effulgence of Your divine glory, Almighty God. May I emerge from Your presence with the radiance of Your glory upon my face. In the matchless name of Jesus, I pray. Come, O ye righteous. Enter in.

Auntie, “Your Presence is Heaven” has been in constant rotation in my car since I got it. Such an amazing song, and the sentiment of my heart. Is there ANY place more amazing than in the presence of God? Are we ever any closer to the heaven experience than when we are basking in His presence? When I come to your page sis I can always hear some good worship music. When I was a child my parents always played music in the house and I found out that at a young age music ministers to my soul. And it has been with me every since, I play it my house and it calms me down so quickly. Scripture: Philippians 3:9-11 The Message – THAT I MAY KNOW HIM!
7-9 The very credentials these people are waving around as something special, I’m tearing up and throwing out with the trash—along with everything else I used to take credit for. And why? Because of Christ. Yes, all the things I once thought were so important are gone from my life. Compared to the high privilege of knowing Christ Jesus as my Master, firsthand, everything I once thought I had going for me is insignificant—dog dung. I’ve dumped it all in the trash so that I could embrace Christ and be embraced by him. I didn’t want some petty, inferior brand of righteousness that comes from keeping a list of rules when I could get the robust kind that comes from trusting Christ—God’s righteousness. 10-11 I gave up all that inferior stuff so I could know Christ personally, experience his resurrection power, be a partner in his suffering, and go all the way with him to death itself. If there was any way to get in on the resurrection from the dead, I wanted to do it.
