Wednesday’s Praise and Worship Session! (15) May 16

Welcome to Wednesday’s Praise and Worship Session! The Holy Scriptures: The LORD reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved. The LORD is great in Zion; and he is high above all the people. Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy. The king’s strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob. Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy. (Psalm 99:1-5) Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy. (Psalm 99:9)

Call to Worship: “Rejoice in the Lord alway; and again I say Rejoice.” Almighty God, You are the center of my joy. I honor You with praise. I adore You. I magnify Your name. I love You more than anything. I worship You with abandoned heart, a yielded vessel without restrain. I think of no one else but You O LORD, as Your Doxa, Your glory envelops me, with such sweet warm embrace; mighty God as I come to You today, and Your glory fills this place.

“Bless the LORD O my soul: and all that is within me, bless His holy name! My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise. Rejoice in the Lord O ye righteous, for praise is comely for the upright.” I will rejoice and be glad in Thee, O LORD; because You are my heart’s desire; my exceedingly great reward. I will sing and give Thee praise. Hallelujah! You’re worthy! O LORD You’re my everything! I bow humbly before You, my God, my King! “Bless the LORD O my soul: and all that is within me, bless His holy name!” As out of the mouth of babes and sucklings, may my praise be perfected today.

As the music plays: “As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after Thee O God! My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God.” Lord I praise You and worship You, with my whole heart. I give You all the glory, and the fruit of my lips. “I delight greatly in the Lord; my soul rejoices in my God.” O bless me now my Savior, heavenly Father, I come to Thee.

Feel free to share a song of worship, a praise of thanksgiving, a Psalm of praise and worship, or whatever the Lord speaks into your heart to share, in the comment box. Please join us next time, for another Praise and Worship Session! Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness. Bow before His throne, because of His extraordinary greatness. I really love the LORD! Don’t you?

  1. God bless you, Minister Paulette 🙂

YES! I love Him with all I am. Thanks for gathering us to worship Him today. I have so been looking forward!

Beautiful song. I do love Him more than anything!

    • Truly, God’s name is great, and greatly to be praised! I worship Him! The Lord is here! I feel His presence! I sing praises to your name, O Lord!

Thank you, Ann. I remember singing a version of this song in church. It truly touched my spirit today. I didn’t know this preacher was such a gifted and anointed musician!

  2. Hi Minister Paulette.

I have so much going on right now that I haven’t been able to post but I had to stop by here and bless your worship Wednesdays. I’m part of a Kingdom Enforcers Conference happening in Toronto today and you already know that I’m part of the Choir and we learned this song that I want to share with you today.
    May it bless everyone amen!

It’s called Forever Reign by Hillsongs.

    Sherline 😀

    • Praise God! He is so good! Thank you so much for sharing this song. The message in the song, coincides perfectly with the worship for today! I love it when the Lord does that! {Absolutely nothing compares to His embrace! He is the light of the world and He forever reigns! My heart will sing no other name, Jesus!}

Sherline thanks so much for stopping by to worship with us, today! You were truly a blessing today, and I so appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedule to be here! May the Lord bless you abundantly at your conference, and may His power fall upon every participant, in Jesus’ name!

    • Hmmmm … another new one for me! 🙂

      Thanks mucho 😉

‘There’s nothing good in me’ but thankful that He is ‘love on display for all to see’!

God bless you and thanks for sharing. Glad you enjoyed the other song. It has been stuck on replay in my head. Now I have a new one to play over and over again 😉

    • “Chains be broken, Lives be healed, Eyes be opened, Christ is revealed!” When Jesus comes, we are never the same! “We wait upon You Lord.” Those lyrics are beautiful, but these words captured my heart: “Let Your glory fall as you respond to us. Spirit rain, flood into our thirsty hearts again.” Holy Spirit, flood into my thirsty heart again and again! My soul thirsts after Thee O God!

Beautiful song, Ann! Thanks so much for sharing it! What a blessing!

      • Beautiful indeed Minister 🙂

I was part of a simulcast a few weeks ago. 80,000 women around the world joined in to pray, praise and study the Word together. It was simply wonderful! I had heard this song before but the thought that so many women were singing in different languages gave me goosebumps. Imagine what will happen on that day when so many millions will sing His praise!!

Looking forward! In the meantime, praying alongside you that His glory would come.

        God bless you much,

        • Sounds like an awesome time and a great experience, Ann! As I thought on your comment, I was awe-struck at the thought of so many millions singing His praises! Mighty God, mighty God! Thank you for sharing!

          Enjoy His presence, continually!

    • What a beautiful worship song this is, Caddo! I truly enjoyed it! Thank you Lord, because this has been a day of visitation! Thank You LORD for passing by today, and for blessing us in a marvelous way. Your presence is nigh mighty God, and I worship You!

Caddo, thank you so much, for your beautiful worshipful offering today.

    • Thanks for sharing, Sister Caddo

This is another new one for me too 🙂 It is beautiful!

      “This is my one chance
      This is my moment
      Lord, I throw everything aside
Just to run blindly after You”

  5. Holy Spirit we’re calling on You. We are asking You to send the rain. When we worship in spirit and truth, something happens that we can’t explain. As we lift our voice in praise, let Your glory fill this place. Demons tremble, Kings bow down, lives are changed, at the sound of Your name. As we lift our voice in praise, let Your glory fill this place.

  6. So thankful to be here, to praise and worship with you, Paulette and all! “I just want to say I love You more than anything.” Yes Lord, we adore You, we adore You . So humbled that You let us come to You, just as we are, to worship. Thank You Jesus, thank You , Jesus.
As the worship started, it reminded me of this verse in 2 Chronicles 5:13-14
“…indeed it came to pass, when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD, and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and the cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, saying:
    For He is good,
    For His mercy endures forever.
that the house, the house of the LORD, was filled with a cloud,
so that the priest could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the LORD filled the house of God.”
God bless you, Paulette, as you continue to lead us in praise and worship to our King! love you!

    • What a privilege we have, to enter the majestic presence of our LORD! I enjoyed the way you poured all your love on Him so freely, and from the heart! What a blessing; what an offering of praise and worship! As you worshiped the Lord, you blessed us, as well! God bless you, Debbie. Love you!

“But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.” What an awesome time in His presence today! I worship Him, I honor Him, I celebrate our Lord and Savior!

Glory to Your name! Blessed be the Rock of my salvation! Amen!
